The CIAI has its own supercomputing cluster with 288 “A100” GPUs, over 9,000 CPU cores, 4PB of storage, and fast Infiniband networking. These facilities provide the computational horsepower necessary for advanced AI and computational healthcare applications, such as massive AI “foundational models” and computational biology algorithms running on multi-omics or phenotype-level datasets.
